とまぁ，基本的な文法のルールは以下の通りなんですが，こういった場合は，表にして個別に憶えてしまった方が間違えなくて良いです。

AND : Sentence A, and Sentence B.
BUT : Sentence A, but Sentence B.
OR : Sentence A, or Sentence B.

ALTHOUGH: Sentence A, although Sentence B.

***決して間違いではないのですが，接続詞は文と文を繋ぐ役目をするので，接続詞から始まる文章はつかわない方が良いです。 とくに段落の最初に使わないようにします。

O - You bought a new car but did not sell your old car.
X - You bought a new car. But you did not sell your old car.

AS : Sentence A as Sentence B.
BECAUSE : Sentence A because Sentence B
SINCE: Sentence A since Sentence B.

IF: Sentence A if Sentence B.
UNLESS : Sentence A unless SEntence B.

THOUGH: Sentence A though Sentence B.
AFTER: Sentence A after Sentence B.

BEFORE: Sentence A before Sentence B.
